Saturday Night Live sketch sees Chadwick Boseman's T'Challa hilariously struggle through 'Black Jeopardy'

Wakanda's isolationism hasn't made the Black Panther the best contestant for the game show

Saturday Night Live's recurring segment "Black Jeopardy" made a return with one especially esteemed guest: King of Wakanda, T'Challa himself - as played by host Chadwick Boseman, of course.

T'Challa may have taken on the powerful helm of Black Panther, but it seems like Wakanda's isolationism has left him a little out of line with modern black culture, seeing the royal struggle through several of the game show's categories.

When Keenan Thompson's host asked of T'Challa: "The policeman says there's been some robberies in your neighborhood and asks if you have 'any information'," he offered the sincere reply: "What is, not only do I tell this man what I know but I also assist him in tracking down the offender. After all, our ministers of law enforcement are only here to protect us. Is this correct?"

However, though it may have taken a while, it seems T'Challa eventually got a hang of it, when it came to the question: "You friend Karen brings her potato salad to your cookout" under the category, "White People."

"This woman Karen, she is Caucasian, yes?," he said. "And she has her own recipe for potato salad, yes? I understand. It is noble that she would volunteer to cook for everyone, and though I have never had potato salad, I sense that this white woman does not season her food."

"And if she does it is only with a tiny bit of salt. And no paprika. And she will probably add something unnecessary, like raisins. So, something tells me that I should say, "Aw, hell no, Karen, keep your bland-ass potato salad to yourself."

Boseman's turn as host also saw him explain the importance of the "Wakanda Forever" salute, while Alec Baldwin returned once more with his Trump impression in order to congratulate Putin.
