Simon Cowell can indulge in his love for dog acts as Marc Metral takes to the stage again to perform with his talking canine companion Miss Wendy.

There’s no guessing who he’ll be voting for to go through to the BGT final, but who will David Walliams, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden opt for?

Young Welsh singer Maia Gough is another likely favourite to be chosen tonight. At the age of 12, her powerful rendition of Whitney Houston’s “I Have Nothing” sent Alesha Dixon’s eyes a-popping.

Take a look at the other contenders:

1. Maia Gough – 12-year-old Singer

"The whole of Wales" turned up to watch Maia Gough's performance, and it's easy to see why.

2. Marc Metral – Dog Ventriloquist

Dare we say it, but Marc and Wendy outshine Ashleigh and Pudsey any day.

3. Isaac Waddington – 15-year-old Singer/Pianist

Singer-songwriter-pianist Ella Shaw didn't make it through on Wednesday night, but Isaac's husky voice may see him in the final.

4. Lisa Sampson – Hula Hooper

She broke all the furniture in her home practising the hula hoop - let's just hope it was worth it.

5. OK Worldwide – 4 Piece Dance/Acrobatic Group

BGT has seen its fair share of acrobatics but Essex-Romanian group OK Worldwide have got their sights set high to "entertain the whole of the world".
