It's time to get to know this year's contestants a little better

As 14 new contestants enter the Celebrity Big Brother house tonight, it’s time to get to know those expected a little better.

Who? James Jordan

Where do I know that face from? James was a professional dancer on Strictly Come Dancing, along with his wife Ola. James left the hit series after a feud with judge Craig Revel Horwood led him to storm out of the studios after a low score.

Why Celebrity Big Brother? Perhaps James wants to get his own back on Craig. Either that or he’s keen to show off his dance moves.

What can we expect in the house? Strops, and lots of them. It was reported that James was fired from Strictly for his angry behaviour, and he is notorious for reacting badly when criticised on camera.

Odds of winning? Not one of the early contenders, but everything could soon change. Currently at 20/1.

Hosted by Emma Willis, series seven of the hit reality show airs on Channel 5, with viewers promised “countless twists, turns and tough tasks”.

The house has been given a make-over for the new run, but celebrities will not be expecting VIP treatment but, instead, plenty of drama and tension.

Last year’s show was won by Geordie Shore’s Charlotte Crosby, who beat 5ive singer Abz Lowe to the title.
