Come Dine With Me has had its fair share of heated, hilarious and just plain cringeworthy moments , but none quite so spectacular as the “world’s sorest loser” from Monday night’s show.
Host Peter failed to get on with any of his fellow contestants and made sure his newfound arch enemy Jane felt as awkward as possible when she won the £1,000 prize money.
In what has to the biggest strop of 2016 so far, Peter launched an almighty tirade at Jane before throwing all three of the other diners out of his house.
“Enjoy the money, I hope it makes you very happy. Dear lord, what a sad little life Jane,” he raged. “You ruined my night completely just so you could have the money.
“I hope now you will spend it on getting some lessons in grace and decorum because you have all the grace of a reversing dump trunk without any tyres on. Take your money and get off my property.”
Pete, who earned low scores from his guests and placed last despite expecting to triumph with his five-course meal, has sadly locked his Twitter account so amused viewers cannot access his posting history.
Past posts are believed to include complaints to supermarkets such as Tesco, suggesting that it is not only Jane to feel the wrath of Peter.
