After months of waiting and the odd cryptic six-second teaser, the first full-length trailer for Game of Thrones season 5 has arrived.
It was debuted at IMAX showings of the last two episodes of season 4 in the US and was later released internationally whipping fans into a fever.
The trailer is set to a cover of David Bowie's Heroes (by The Wallflowers I think?)
Here are your ominous one-liners:
"Nothing's more hateful than failing to protect the one you love." - Cersei
"There's no justice in this world, not unless we make it. Avenge them." - Littlefinger
"I believe men of talent have a part to play in the war to come." - Varys
"I will never sit on the Iron Throne." - Tyrion
"You could help another client that steps and takes that seat." - Varys
"I'm not going to stop the wheel. I'm going to break the wheel." - Khaleesi
"That little monster's out there drawing breath." - Cersei
"I don't think I'm read for what i deserve." - Tyrion
Tyrion has grown a lustrous beard for season 5, which will see "the end of Arya" as we know her.
"We're coming to the end now, so I don’t know what they’re going to do next year. It's the end of Arya, as far as anyone knows," actress Maisie Williams told The Guardian.
Game of Thrones season 5 begins on 12 April 2015 and will adapt material from George R. R. Martin's A Feast for Crows and A Dance with Dragons.
