Trailer: Game of Thrones Season 7

HBO has released a new trailer for Game of Thrones season 7, and this time it's one with actual footage in it.

The just shy of two-minute clip sees fighting talk from Cersei, who is heard telling presumably Jaime: "Enemies to the east. Enemies to the west. Enemies to the south. Enemies to the north. Whatever stands in our way, we will defeat it. We're the last Lannisters. The last ones who count."

Daenerys is similarly hell-bent on domination though, declaring: "I was born to rule the Seven Kingdoms and I will."

Littlefinger knows there's more important matters at hand, i.e. the White Walkers, telling Sansa: "Your father and brothers are gone yet here you stand. The last best hope against the coming storm."

But Ser Davos puts it best: "If we don't put aside our enmities and band together we will die, and then it doesn't matter whose skeleton sits on the Iron Throne."

Plot spoilers you'll find if you watch closely: Yara Greyjoy and Ellaria Sand getting it on, a battle between Euron, his niece and nephew, and the Dothraki (presumably led by Daenerys), Arya heading north, Greyworm dramatically getting his shirt ripped open, Jorah looking severely greyscaled.

Oh, and a *big one*: Jon Snow throwing Littlefinger against a wall in the Winterfell crypts - this is where a statue of Lyanna Stark lives, so maybe he's just learned about his true parentage?

Game of Thrones season 7 begins on HBO and Sky Atlantic 25 June.
