HBO to stream 500 hours of free TV, including Succession, The Sopranos and The Wire
The US television network is trying to help people keep entertained as they stay at home
From today, HBO is offering free streaming of The Sopranos, The Wire, Succession and other classic shows, with no subscription required.
The limited time offer will be available on HBO Now and HBO Go apps, in addition to those platforms’ respective websites.
HBO says the free-programming will constitute nearly 500 hours of TV.
The US television network’s aim is to help customers keep entertained while they spend more and more time indoors as a result of the coronavirus epidemic.
The full list of HBO series that can be streamed without a subscription are:

Barry
Silicon Valley
Six Feet Under
The Sopranos
Succession
The Wire.
HBO fantasy series Game of Thrones is noticeably absent from the free-streaming list, as are recent hits including Westworld, Big Little Lies, Euphoria and Chernobyl.
