Watch Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt trade insults: ‘How does it feel being in the stupidest Marvel movie?’
Given the popularity of Jimmy Kimmel’s Mean Tweets and James Cordon’s Carpool Karaoke, BBC Radio 1 clearly felt compelled to come up with its own celebrity-based viral segment.
Scott Mills’ show now includes the game Playground Insults, and this week Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt participated while promoting their new film Passengers.
For me, Pratt came out on top, kicking off with the excellent: “Why did they call it Joy?” before moving on to the cutting: "It's such a shame to meet somebody you thought you'd like”, “How does it feel being in the stupidest Marvel movie?” and "During our sex scene, I felt your dick rubbing into me."
Lawrence gives as good as she gets though, telling her co-star "You are so old that your publicist is a registered nurse" and asking him where he keeps his Oscar (he doesn’t have one, she does).
Mills declared the battle the “darkest one yet”.
