Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous - Netflix announces new animated series with DreamWorks
Series set in same timeline as 2015 film Jurassic World

A new animated series based on the Jurassic Park franchise is coming to Netflix.
The streaming service unveiled the first teaser trailer for Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous on Tuesday, announcing the series for the first time.
Set in the same timeline as the 2015 film Jurassic World, the series will follow a group of teenagers inside a new adventure camp.
Netflix teased the new show on its Family Twitter account, joking that "nothing goes wrong" for the show's teens and adding: "Just kidding: dinosaurs."
Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous comes from DreamWorks Animation.
The studio has partnered with Netflix for several projects, such as The Boss Baby: Back in Business and She-Ra and the Princesses of Power.
Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous, which counts Steven Spielberg among its executive producers, is scheduled for release in 2020.
The trailer released by Netflix on Tuesday shows a single dinosaur getting increasingly angry as ominous music plays – until the animated creature leaps as if to attack a camera filming it.
