Katie Price arrested on suspicion of drink-driving
The Loose Women panellist remains in custody at a south London station

Katie Price has been arrested on suspicion of drink-driving.
The former glamour model and Loose Women panellist, 40, was held after police came across a damaged car stopped at the roadside on Shooters Hill Road, Woolwich, at about 2am. Scotland Yard said a woman inside the vehicle was arrested.
Price was taken to a south London police station where she remains in custody.
A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said: “At approximately 2am, British Transport Police officers came across a car showing signs of damage stationary at the roadside in Shooters Hill Road, Woolwich.
“A 40-year-old woman who was inside the car was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving. She was taken to a south London police station where she remains.
“Officers from the Met investigate. Inquiries continue.”
In February, Price was banned from driving for six months, after being clocked doing 60mph in a 50mph zone.
She later confessed that she had turned herself in after she drove two weeks before her ban was up. She explained to the authorities that she had taken her son Harvey to hospital.
Price’s financial problems, meanwhile, will come to a head on 30 October, when it’ll be decided at a hearing whether she’ll be declared bankrupt.
