Game of Thrones stars Kit Harington and Rose Leslie marry in Scotland

Kit Harrington has released a statement denying being unfaithful to Rose Leslie with a Russian model.

The Game of Thrones actor was accused of having an affair with Olga Vlasova, who previously appeared in the TV series Doma-2. E! News first reported the allegations, with Vlasova claiming to have nude photographs of Harrington.

“The allegations in this story are completely false,” Harrington said in a statement. ”He’s never even been to Luxembourg nor has he ever met Olga Vlasova.”

Vlasova first shared the alleged images of the actor online, although their authenticity has since been brought into question.

Harrington and Leslie tied the knot earlier this year, wedding in a castle worthy of appearing on Game of Thrones. The pair had met on the set of the HBO six years earlier, playing star-crossed lover Jon Snow and Ygritte. Their relationship was made public in 2016 after months of rumours.

After it was confirmed the co-stars were dating in real life, Harington discussed his relationship in a cover story for L’Uomo Vogue, where he revealed that his favourite weeks of the series were the ones spent filming season two in Iceland alongside Leslie.

“Because the country is beautiful, because the Northern Lights are magical, and because it was there that I fell in love,” he said. “If you’re already attracted to someone, and then they play your love interest in the show, it becomes very easy to fall in love.”
