Two Weeks to Live trailer: Maisie Williams hunts for a killer in first show since Game of Thrones
‘Fleabag’ star Sian Clifford also appears in new black comedy
Maisie Williams is swapping dragons for guns in her first project since Game of Thrones: Sky’s new black comedy Two Weeks to Live.
The Independent can exclusively reveal the trailer for the series, which stars Williams alongside Fleabag actor Sian Clifford.
Williams plays Kim Noakes, a young woman who escapes her over-protective mother (Clifford) and sets about trying to find her father’s killer 15 years after his death.
In the trailer, Clifford shouts after Williams: “Gloves and a gun if you want to have fun, I mean it rhymes for f*** sake.”
Williams is later seen shooting two guns simultaneously during a high-speed car chase, throwing up all over somebody and fighting a man in a balaclava – Game of Thrones, it is not.
The actor is also set to star in horror sci-fi film The New Mutants and burglary thriller The Owners later this year.
Two Weeks to Live will be available on Sky and streaming service NOW TV later in 2020.
