Neil Patrick Harris reveals Whoopi Goldberg once told him 'she was going to have sex with me'
'I was 15, 16 years old. She told me that in ten years time she was going to have sex with me'
Neil Patrick Harris certainly put Whoopi Goldberg on the spot yesterday (11 October).
Harris was appearing on the Goldberg-hosted American panel show The View when their time filming 1988 film Clara’s Heart was mentioned.
The How I Met Your Mother was a teenager at the time, the same age as his children now. Goldberg said: “I’m laughing because I remember you at that age.”
Harris responded: “You know, I did my first movie ever with Whoopi Goldberg – a movie called Clara’s Heart – and we worked together on that.
“I was 15, 16 years old. She told me on my last day of shooting, that in ten years time she was going to have sex with me.”
After a moment of pause and some nervous laughter from the audience, Golberg said: “I might have.”
“Listen, he had many questions as a kid,” she continued. ”So I said, ‘Wait ten years and I’ll take you through it’.
“See, in those days you could have some fun like that. You can’t do that now.”
Harris clarified that he was ”not offended” but ”looking forward to it,” to which Goldberg responded: “Well, if I can find it, you can have it.”
