Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown season 12: CNN completing one final series

CNN has announced that it will pay tribute to beloved chef and broadcaster Anthony Bourdain by completing a final season of his popular Parts Unknown show.
Seven episodes will air on the network in Autumn, Variety reports, with one being already finished and four requiring work from directors and producers to finish them off.
The first episode will be the only to feature Bourdain's trademark narration, while other episodes will involve archival footage and crew members sharing memories.
Amy Entelis, executive vice president of talent and content at CNN, told the Los Angeles Times of its plans for the season, which will see Bourdain visit Manhattan's Lower East Side and an area on Texas' border with Mexico, along with Spain and Indonesia.
Launching in 2013, Parts Unknown won five Emmys.
Bourdain was working on an episode based in Strasbourg, France on 8 June 2018, when he took his own life aged 61.
