Harry Hill throws cream pie in Piers Morgan's face after papoose remarks: 'This is for Daniel Craig'
The comedian was praised for his actions on social media

Harry Hill slammed a cream pie in Piers Morgan’s face live on Good Morning Britain.
The comedian’s actions were in retaliation to Morgan’s controversial remarks on fathers – namely James Bond star Daniel Craig – wearing their babies in papooses, something he branded “emasculating”.
His comments sparked the ire of several stars on social media, including Captain America actor Chris Evans and former EastEnders star Ross Kemp, after he shared a picture of Craig with the caption: “Oh 007.. not you as well?!!! #papoose #emasculatedBond”
Piers Morgan was left speechless as Hill – promoting his first tour in five years – proceeded to spontaneously rub the pie in his face, after declaring: “This pie is for all those men that wear papooses.”
After a few awkward moments, Morgan threw one in the face of his co-host Susanna Reid.
Hill’s act was praised by viewers on Twitter, with one writing the moment had “made [their] morning.” Another said: “I’ve wanted to do that for years”.
Speaking about Morgan’s comments, Kemp – who had appeared on the show earlier in the episode – said: “It’s really good for babies. It’s good for their digestive system… it’s bonding with my baby. It makes you more of a man because it shows you care.”
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays at 6am on ITV.
