Sabrina The Teenage Witch cast send their 'best witches' to new cast of Adventures of Sabrina

The original Sabrina the Teenage Witch cast has reunited to wish the cast of the Netflix reboot their blessing.

Melissa Joan Hart (Sabrina), Nate Richert (Harvey), Caroline Rhea (Aunt Hilda) and Beth Broderick (Aunt Zelda) were all brought together by the streaming service to offer their “best witches” to the stars of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.

“I just wanted to send my ‘best witches’ to Kiernan Shipka — aka the new Sabrina Spellman,” Hart — who played Sabrina over seven seasons on the ABC sitcom, which ran from 1996 to 2003, said.

“By the way, from one Sabrina to the other, if you’re ever given a choice between a broom and a vacuum, choose the vacuum.”

Richert also had a message for his successor, Ross Lynch: “I hear the new Sabrina is scarier and pretty damn twisted. I’m rooting for you, buddy. Stay alive!”

Hilda also wished “best witches” to the new Aunt Hilda, Lucy Davis, with Broderick also giving her support to Miranda Otto.

“From our coven to yours, best witches,” the cast say at the end. Watch below.

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is on Netflix now. You can read more about the history of Sabrina here.
