Strictly Come Dancing 2014: Thom Evans confirmed to try his hand at ballroom
The ex-rugby player will join the likes of Judy Murray and Frankie Bridge

Steady, girls. Former professional rugby player Thom Evans is the latest celebrity confirmed to hit the ballroom when Strictly Come Dancing returns in September.
The ex-Scotland international shared his exciting news via the official @bbcstrictly Vine account this morning.
He can be seen choosing a glitter ball over a rugby ball in the short, light-hearted clip.
“I’m so happy to be doing the show, I cannot wait to get started,” he said.
“I’m really looking forward to my Strictly makeover – bring on Strictly and bring on the spandex!”
Evans played for Scotland ten times and has had club stints at London Wasps and Glasgow Warriors. While at the latter club, he held their record number of tries scored.
Since retiring from the sport aged 29, Evans has turned his attentions to acting and modelling.
Three other high profile figures have been confirmed for the new series: Frankie Bridge from girl band The Saturdays, tennis player Andy Murray’s mum Judy, and reality TV star turned presenter Alison Hammond.
