New TV show What If...? sees numerous Marvel characters return to screens for the first time in a while.
The nine-part animated adventure series wonders what would happen if storylines of certain characters were experience by other ones altogether.
For example, episode two reveals how life would have looked for Black Panther’s T’Challa (Chadwick Boseman) if he swapped places with Chris Pratt’s Guardians of the Galaxy character Star-Lord.
Excitingly, many of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) stars returned to voice their roles for the show; others, somewhat controversially, did not.
Viewers are wondering if they can work out which ones did return, and the ones that sound a bit different to what they’re used to.
As episode one arrives, we’ve compiled a list of who won’t be reprising their roles for the show – and whose voices you can hear in the first instalment.
It’s worth noting that Westworld star Jeffrey Wright voices the show’s narrator, known as The Watcher, while Bradley Whitford, most recently seen in The Handmaid’s Tale, voices Colonel Flynn.
