James Wharton

James Wharton served in the Household Cavalry from 2003-2013 serving both ceremonially in London and operationally in Iraq. He left the army last year and is now a writer and campaigner focusing on LGBT equality and the welfare of service men and women in the British military. He is the author of bestselling Out in the Army, published by Biteback.
