The capital's most renowned purveyors of glitz, glam and purrfectly tuned beats slink back on to top form at Pushca's Bedroom Ball tomorrow. They promise glittering chandeliers, sweeping staircases and brazen brass beds, in a ballroom setting as glamorous as their guests.

Coquettes on the decks will be Fat Tony, Miss Barbie, Darren Darling and K-Klass who cite Pushca as one of their favourite gigs, based on the open-minded attitude and responsiveness of their crowd.

Budding drag superstar Miss Dusty 'O' will supervise scintillating cabaret in the Boudoir. The emphasis here is on frivolity, with music from the 1970s and 1980s in contrast to the chunkier uplifting house and garage played in the main room. Every half hour, there will be an interlude of glamorous and bizarre cabaret acts; expect the unexpected from Lisa Pin- Up, Darren and Gazzelda Pussy, Bra Bra and Bubble Bubble.

You will be called upon to play your part. In keeping with their theme and lavish surroundings, Pushca will apply its strict dress code of "bedroom, boudoir, brothel and ballroom" attire. So, anticipate a profusion of silk pyjamas, baby doll nighties, ballgowns and a variety of miniscule outfits.

Pushca re-open their weekly Saturday night, Bambina on 1 June, having quit Venom - the expensively hyped venue now reviled by punters and promoters alike. Their new haunt, The Eclipse in Greek St, is a suitably kitsch haven lined with mirrors and chaser lights, replete with fish pond and fountain. The party runs from 11pm-5am, admission is pounds 12 and regular DJs will be K-Klass, Craig Burger Queen, Darren Darling and Miss Dusty 'O'.

Tickets are available from: Pushca HQ, National House, 60-66 Wardour St, London W1 (0171 734 7110) Sign of The Times, 15 Shorts Gdns, WC2 (0171- 240 6694) Paradox, 321 Upper St, N1 (0171-226 8530). Doors open at 9.30pm and close at 6am, the location will be disclosed on the evening. Members only.
