England captain Harry Kane failed to make the cut, despite winning the Golden Boot at the 2018 Fifa World Cup.
Barring any major surprises the top 10 players in Fifa 19 will be: Eden Hazard, Sergio Ramos, Toni Kroos, Kevin de Bruyne, Luis Suarez, Neymar, David de Gea, Luka Modric, Lionel Messi, and Cristiano Ronaldo.
Only a quarter of the top 20 players on Fifa 19 currently play in the premier league (EA Sports) All of the top 10 players will feature a rating above 90, with the biggest decision for the game's creators being whether to rank Messi above Ronaldo.
Some leaks suggest that Ronaldo, who stars on the front cover of the game, will top the list with an overall rating of 94.
