Fortnite is hosting three movies by blockbuster filmmaker Christopher Nolan this week, which can be watched in-game.

The event is scheduled to promote Nolan’s upcoming sci-fi release Tenet, which is set to be released in cinemas on 12 August.

Depending on which territory you live in, Fortnite will show one of three acclaimed films: Batman Begins, Inception, or The Prestige.

To attend the virtual screenings, players must log into the game’s non-combat Party Royale mode, where a trailer for Tenet received its live premiere last month.

In the UK, Fortnite players will be able to watch The Prestige, Nolan’s 2006 magician-themed thriller starring Christian Bale and Hugh Jackman, starting at 5pm today (26 June).

Other countries – if they are participating in the event – will have access to Inception or Batman Begins. Details of how and when to catch the virtual screenings can be found here, on the game’s website.

Despite being best known as a battle royale-style multiplayer shooting game, Fortnite has branched out into hosting several live events recently.

A virtual performance from Travis Scott attracted over 12 million viewers in May. At 5pm on Monday 29 June, Fortnite is repeating their “Diplo” event from earlier this week, which featured Thomas Wesley, Young Thug and Noah Cyrus.
