Fortnite Season 10: New update adds Tilted Town and new challenges
V10.00 Content Update Patch Notes introduce a new Automatic Sniper Rifle and the Junkyard Juke game
Fortnite has released its latest content update, introducing new weapons and missions to Season 10 of the hugely popular online video game.
The V10.00 Content Update Patch Notes introduce a new Automatic Sniper Rifle to help players "keep opponents pinned down at long range" in the Battle Royale game mode.
A popular area of Fortnite Island has also been transformed by a time warp to make it appear like a frontier town from the Wild West.
"Neo Tilted is not so neo anymore. A Rift Zone has turned this location into what it was many years in the past: a Wild West settlement," the patch notes state.
"What's even wilder that this western twist is that building and harvesting are prohibited."
Several new Creative Modes that were featured at the recent Fortnite World Cup have also been introduced as part of the update.
Sky Station Showdown involves a team of players capturing zones and holding off other squads within a limited time period.
Junkyard Juke requires sneaking to an incinerator disguised as a piece of junk, while rival teams fire weapons at the junkyard infiltrators.

The Fortnite update also sees the return of the Typewriter, a "mid-ranged assault weapon with a high capacity magazine and a lateral kick".
The new weekly quest for the Save the World event involves taking a road trip to the Radio Station to broadcast Crackshot's Song of the Summer.
