After six films, Jigsaw has decided to take his deadly puzzles and branch out into the world of video games with this gruesome title. Taking the role of Detective Trapp (played by Danny Glover in the films), you wake to find yourself trapped in an abandoned mental asylum at the mercy of the murderous villain and his games. Like the movies, Saw can at times be genuinely terrifying, and thewhole experience generally feels authentic, with some of the puzzles working really well. Although the game really lets itself down with horribly unresponsive combat, if you can look past its faults horror fans will find something to enjoy.
