Finally, I hear you cry, a fighting game that gives you the chance to pitch some ofCapcom’s biggest stars against characters from Tatsunoko, the Japanese animation brand. Well ok, maybe not, but in Japan, Tatsunoko Productions is a big deal, and in this – the latest in the Capcom Vs. series – better-known characters such as Mega Man and Street Fighter’s Ryu are joined by, among others, Tekkaman and Ken the Eagle. Despite many of the fighters being unknown, Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All- Stars remains an entertaining and over-the-top fighter, although those with an interest in Japanese anime will undoubtedly get the most out of it.
