Minecraft: Story Mode trailer revealed with cast of stars
First narrative-led Minecraft game will come in five parts, the first of which will be launched later this year

The first trailer for the much anticipated Minecraft: Story Mode has been released, along with a cast that includes comedian Patton Oswalt.
Minecraft: Story Mode will be separate from the original Minecraft, but the narrative-led game will take place in the same universe.
Like other Telltale Games, like The Walking Dead, players will be offered choices throughout which will influence how the rest of the story plays out.
The company said it had worked with Mojang, which makes the original Minecraft, to ensure that story fits with the rest of the game’s universe. “They've crafted a story that follows the logic of Minecraft, but still manages to feel original,” said Owen Hill, Mojang’s chief word officer. “It's actually pretty funny too. And the pig is adorable.”
As well as Patton Oswalt, the American comedian, the game’s cast also includes Brian Posehn, Scott Porter, Martha Plimpton, Dave Fennoy, Corey Feldman, Billy West and Paul Reubens.
Minecraft: Story Mode will be released later this year, on PC, Mac, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, compatible iOS devices, and Android.
