Nintendo Switch stock finally being replenished, after everywhere sold out of latest console

The system is returning to Nintendo's official website and other sellers like Argos

The Nintendo Switch, which has been all but unavailable for weeks, is finally coming back into stock.

The new console was released on 3 March. But almost all shops had entirely sold all their pre-orders before then, and as soon as it went on sale it was unavailable again.

But a number of retailers are now stocking the console, and others are offering pre-orders ahead of likely being restocked soon.

The Nintendo Website appears to have good stock of the console, for instance. In most countries, it is selling both colour options of the Switch for £279.99, and doesn't seem to be struggling to keep up with demand.

The official Nintendo Store also has stock of a range of games and peripherals, including launch titles like Zelda Breath of the Wild and 1-2 Switch, and the Pro Controller.

Argos also appears to have come into stock of the console, and is offering a range of deals.

Other websites still appear to be having trouble getting hold of the consoles. Both colours of the system won't be available until 31 March, on Amazon, though the site offers the option to order it now and get in the queue.

It's possible to buy one of the consoles on Amazon's Marketplace, where third-party sellers can list their consoles. But prices begin at £320, some £40 more than the retail price.

The Game, Very and Base are also apparently having trouble fulfilling orders and are still only offering the option to pre-order the Nintendo Switch.
