With no more Harry Potter tales on the horizon, how to get the ankle-biters to get into a good book?

The cunning folk at EA reckon they’ve come up with the perfect plan, bundling digital versions of children’s books on to the DS, and launching in time for Christmas. The Flips DS range features authors including Enid Blyton and Eoin Colfer and each “game” includes a variety of books for £24.99. Unlike Nintendo’s100 Classic Books, the Flips DS titles don’t just offer static text but will incorporate interactive elements to make the stories real page turners. Kindle, watch your back.
