Next week sees the start of a telly-tastic collaboration between Xbox Live and Sky.

On 27 October, Xbox 360 owners can sign up to the Sky Player service which lets you watch content on your console, without the need for a dish, Sky box or annual contract. No word yet on pricing, which will be announced at launch.
