Xur arrives in the last full week before Christmas (although it’d be mighty nice of the Agent of the Nine to make an appearance on Christmas Day to spread festive joy for Guardians) and many players will be hoping to buy one last present for themselves before the holidays.

Fans are still reacting to the news of the humongous £24.99 microtransactions to boost additional Guardians straight to level 25, which is an incredibly steep price to pay at the expense of time with the game.

We were also informed that the always-fun PvP Iron Banner is set to return before the end of the year on December 29. PlayStation players will also be treated to exclusive armour rewards throughout the event.
