No matter what your preference – innovative summer music festivals or long-established cultural giants – there’s a party happening in a field this summer that’s perfect for you. Pick a festival and get stuck in; who knows where you might end up…

1. Corona SunSets Festival

Now in its fourth year, the Corona SunSets Festival returns to London on Saturday 29th July. For one day only, Greenwich Peninsula will be transformed into a beach paradise for thousands of music fans, where the transformational power of the sunset will be brought to life through eclectic music and cultural acts, including Thomas Jack, Felix Jaehn and Mambo Brothers.

2. Sunfall

Curated by a group of people who live and breathe this music (check founders Phonox, XOYO and The Nest along with Dimensions and Outlook festival); Sunfall is a celebration of the underground, reflecting London’s eclectic beat. This is their second year and sees Larry Heard's first live show in London in 20 years, an extended four hour set from Theo Parrish, The Black Madonna b2b with Phonox resident HAAi, a live show from Floating Points, Princess Nokia, Jay Electronica and more. When sun falls to night (geddit?) the festival takes over some of the capital’s most loved clubs - a concept unique to Sunfall; one ticket gives you entry to the day festival and a night event of your choice.

3. Green Man

To celebrate the Welsh festival turning 15, organisers have gone all out with stellar music headliners that won't be seen at any other UK festival, including Ryan Adams, Future Islands, PJ Harvey and two-time Mercury nominated Michael Kiwanuka. Away from the great pull of the music there’s the best in comedy and literature in the Babbling Tongues area, and and beaker-fizzing experiments in Einstein’s Garden. Plus there are over one hundred beers and ciders, spa treatments, and outstanding food to enjoy, all set in the beautiful Brecon Beacons. There's no better place to dive-in and say ‘yes’ to exploring.

4. OnBlackheath

Born out of a desire to stage an event that would celebrate this stunning part of London, OnBlackheath was created as the perfect festival for unwinding and putting a smile on your face. The line up across the two days this year includes Travis, The Libertines, Metronomy, Jake Bugg and Seasick Steve. Add cracking dance acts and world-famous DJs, comedy and amazing food, plus a world of fun for younger visitors.
