Say cheese! Lindsay Lohan adds another mugshot to her growing collection

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan added yet another booking photograph to her already sizeable collection yesterday when she turned herself in to Santa Monica police.

Lohan has been on probation for driving under the influence and shoplifting charges since 2007 during which time she has been in and out of prison.

The star, 26, avoided another spell in jail as she pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges relating to a car crash in June last year.

She was sentenced to five days in jail under her plea agreement but will instead serve the time in a secure rehabilitation facility where she is due to spend 90 days. Her sentence also included 30 days of community service and an agreement to spend 18 months in psychotherapy.

Lohan's plea relates to an incident on 18 June 2012 when she was accused of lying about driving a Porsche that crashed into a truck on the Pacific Coast Highway.

The misdemeanour charges related to to reckless driving, providing false information to an officer and willfully resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer.
