Behind the smart, Aboriginal label (the name apparently means "natural spring"), this Western Australian blend of popular white grape varieties is fresh and full-flavoured, with a soft, peachy juiciness which would suit cod fish cakes or a haddock fish pie.

This aromatic, winter-warming red comes from the Pepper Tree Winery in the Hunter Valley. With its sweetly spiced berry fruit quality, tinged with the classic peppery undertones of the shiraz grape, it will wash down nicely with a comforting braised beef and bean stew.
