Smelling of pinot noir, this classy beaujolais from Lancashire wine merchant Paul Boutinot is rhubarby and spicy in aroma like a New Zealand pinot noir, with deliciously textured, vivid, delicate rhubarb and cherry fruitiness. An autumnal winner to go with a spicy pasta sauce or roast neck of lamb.
