AA president blames 'stupid driving' as more than 100 vehicles were involved in pile-up on the new Sheppey crossing bridge in Kent. Six people were seriously injured, police say it was a 'miracle' that no one died. Eyewitnesses and commuters described the accident, watch them in the video below:
