The Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said that he would be willing to speak by phone with the new Iranian President Hassan Rouhani if the latter called him.

This comes only days after the Israeli PM branded President Rouhani a "wolf in sheep's clothing", speaking at the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
