Toronto mayor Rob Ford has admitted to smoking crack during a press conference, but insisted that he is not an addict.

He said the incident took place "probably a year ago" during a "drunken stupor". The embattled mayor also told reporters he wants to tape to come out and see the "state" he was in at the time. Watch him in the video below:
