Abu Qatada is in Belwarsh prison, but might leave Britain when law banning use of torture evidence is ratified in his home country. HOme Secretary Theresa May affirms that an anti-torture treaty has been agreed with the Arab Kingdom.

Shadow Home Secretary welcomes the news and said: 'This saga has gone on too long.'
