On Monday the model, who welcomed her son on 18 January, gushed over the two-week-old baby boy with a heartfelt post that featured two black-and-white close-up images.
The first photo showed Graham gently holding the baby’s hand while the second featured the newborn clutching on to his father’s finger.
“At 6:00PM on 1/18/2020 we welcomed 7lbs 5oz of love into our world,” Graham wrote in the caption.
“Meeting our son has made our hearts incredibly full”.
Although she didn’t reveal her son’s name just yet, Graham promised to “introduce him to you on @prettybigdealpod tomorrow,” referring to her podcast series.
The post has since garnered more than 850,000 likes and received hundreds of comments from fans and celebrity fans wishing the new family well.
Christy Turlington also commented: “Capricorn YES💕 Congratulations, Mama!”
Graham and Ervin first announced the pregnancy in August 2019.
The couple, who have been married for nine years, celebrated their wedding anniversary in a video of themselves on Instagram.
In the clip, the pair could be seen adjusting the camera’s focus before zooming out to show Ervin caressing Graham’s baby bump.
“Surprise,” the pair say in unison, before sharing a kiss.
In a recent interview with Grazia, the model revealed that she had not found it “easy” to embrace her pregnant body, claiming that she has a “complicated relationship” with her appearance.
“I feel like we all have complicated relationships with our body. Mine has been changing in some new and interesting ways,” she said.
“It hasn’t been easy to embrace my pregnant body, but it’s definitely a reminder of how awesome our bodies truly are.”
The model also confessed to having “meltdowns” over many of her clothes no longer fitting her pregnant frame.
“This morning I had a mini meltdown because nothing fits me,” she said. “I texted my stylist and said, ‘I need a fitting. I just need five key pieces’.”
