Cannabis Campaign: Letter

For the past three years under catchy codenames such as "Operation Rumble" the lives of law-abiding people in my area have been wrecked by the attitudes of the drug squad. People are strip-searched on the flimsiest of pretexts and houses ransacked. As a result, it is now easier to score heroin than it is to get cannabis.
