The price of a Sunday market stall on Petticoat Lane is likely to be cut by a third after an outcry from traders at a 62 per cent hike in fees last year. Tower Hamlets council will drop rates from pounds 30.41 to pounds 19.77 a day. Stalls can be had elsewhere for pounds 18 for six days.
