Rural practices such as sheep-shearing and bee-keeping will be on display in the City next week as part of the Livery Companies' Exhibition. Up to 87 of the 100 companies will demonstrate their trades at the Guildhall from Tuesday to Thursday (12-14 July). The exhibition will be opened by Princess Anne, the Princess Royal.
