Half of all 14-year-olds in state schools in Richmond, Twickenham and Roehampton have been offered drugs, according to Kingston and Richmond Health Authority. A survey also showed that one in five 12-year-olds knew someone who used drugs - the figure rose to more than half by the age of 14. The authority now plans to clamp down on pushers who target schoolchildren.
