Helena Christensen stays fit with boxing, Rachel Stevens shares tips on looking flawless during summer, and Botox experts know how to avoid bunny lines.
Punch it like Helena Christensen
The Danish supermodel told StyleList that she started working out only three years ago. In order to look as great as she does in her latest Reebok campaign, which depicts her wearing nothing but sneakers, she got into boxing: "I needed a sport that constantly gave me new challenges, both physically and mentally. It's the perfect way for me to work out, and not just to be slim, but to feel fit and strong."

Prepare for summer like Rachel Stevens
The English singer is the new face of Braun's Silk-épil Xpressive Pro epilator and shared some of her beauty tips with the girls from Kiss and Makeup: apart from naturally recommending the Silk-épil for smooth summer legs, she also says that she uses System Professional Sun Care Range shampoo and conditioner to protect her hair from the sun. Her favorite products include Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream, Neal's Yard Frankincense Toning Spray, Lancaster Aftersun, and the Sisley Express Flower Gel Mask to keep her skin hydrated when traveling.
Don't be a bunny like Kylie Minogue
Last week, we learned that anti-wrinkle remedy Botox might actually create wrinkles in untreated areas, e.g., the so-called 'bunny lines' seen on stars such as Kylie Minogue and Nicole Kidman. Lately, the lines seem to have disappeared on these stars, however, since they now know that they can be prevented by injecting a bit of Botox into the nose. Experienced surgeons advise to return to the clinic two weeks after the initial injection to treat 'problematic' areas that have started to wrinkle.
