Critics' Choice Awards 2018: The gowns that stole the show from Gal Gadot in Prada to Nicole Kidman in Valentino

While some speculated that the sartorial blackout in support of #TimesUp would transcend the Golden Globes, this was not the case at the Critics' Choice Awards.

The annual ceremony was awash with colour as Hollywood's biggest stars took to the red carpet in a slew of vibrant and eye-catching gowns.

While Angelina Jolie turned heads in a rather feathered fashion, Nicole Kidman went full-on fuchsia in a stunning sheer Valentino gown.

However, it was Gal Gadot that really took the spotlight when she collected the SeeHer award in a silver shimmering Prada number.

The Isreali actor was presented with the prestigious award, which recognises women who push the boundaries in entertainment, for her performance in Wonder Woman.
