My style is chic with a touch of bohemian. I love the way Amanda Harlech mixes classics with crazy couture. I shop a lot at Matches ( www.matchesfashion.com) and Twenty8Twelve ( www.twenty 8twelve.com). I also like to hunt for vintage pieces at Vintage to Vogue in Bath (tel: 01225 337 323).

My favourite piece is a coat by Kinder that looks like a gentleman's morning coat, which I got at Dover Street Market ( www.doverstreetmarket.com). I favour pieces with a masculine cut as jewellery looks best against a simple background.

In my make-up bag I always have Crème de la Mer's tinted moisturiser ( www.cremedelamer.co.uk), a must in winter, and lots of cosmetics from Laura Mercier ( www.lauramercier.com). By Terry also makes great mascara that even smells wonderful ( www.byterry.com).

Philippa is donating 15 per cent from the sale of the sycamore pendants in her current collection to The Woodland Trust www.philippaholland.co.uk)
