A kaleidoscope of colour lit up the catwalk as the brand new Kenzo x H&M collection was shown off to the public for the first time.

The spectacular launch saw models wearing the loud and colourful clothing range accompanied by a cast of dancers, brass players and drummers.

Vogue called it an "invigorating whoop, proving a runway show can be at once reverent, relevant, and a bonafide good time".

Kenzo creative directors Carol Lim and Humberto Leon are known for their penchant for brash colours and prints, and this is evident in the collection.

The range is pattern-heavy, colourful, and has a cast of creative ambassadors backing it from model Iman to Chance the Rapper.

Just in time for the winter is an array of cold-weather items like thick shearling jackets and chunky knits and scarves.

But there's also a nod to tradition with items like a floral ruffle Bardot top and structured folkloric dresses.

The collection also includes a wide range of accessories like elbow-length gloves, flat brim baseball caps, slip-slops, ankle boots, sunglasses and shopping bags emblazoned with Kenzo branding.

The collection has been slowly teased for months, with short promo videos and photos of the collection steadily drip-fed to fans and the media.

The Kenzo X H&M collection lands in 250 selected stores worldwide, as well as online, from November 3rd.

But some pieces have already been seen on eBay with price tags of up to £700, such is the demand.

The biggest mark-up comes in the form of a red and pink tiger print coat which when it launches in store will cost £113.99. If you want to get it through eBay though, you’ll have to pay £737.13 plus postage from France meaning you’ll be forfeiting a massive £633.27 extra.

A bow adorned pink and lilac hat will cost just £29.99 on release but nab it on eBay and you’re looking at a cool £163.98 plus postage from the US.
