Perfume award season wrapped up last week, with Lola emerging as best fragrance, taking a total of seven awards.
The scent by US designer Marc Jacobs convinced jurors and public alike at global prize ceremonies including the Fifi awards in the US, the UK, Germany, and Italy as well as the Canadian Fragrance Awards and the CEWs (Cosmetic Executive Women awards) in the US.
Runner-up Essence by Narciso Rodriguez won three prizes in total. For men, Tom Ford's Grey Vetiver proved most popular, also taking home three awards, with Paco Rabanne's 1 Million following close behind, having bagged two trophies.
