Here are some of London's must-attend events during Fashion's Night Out on September 8. For all other international editions (in their respective languages), visit http://fashionsnightout.com/fno-worldwide.

Diane von Furstenberg
25 Bruton Street

The designer invites you to experience her brand with all five senses: renowned restaurant Hakkasan will be providing canapés and two signature cocktails, while guests listen to music, feel the fabrics of the new fall collection, create their own photo flip books, or sample the new DVF fragrance. You will also be invited to suggest your own "DVF Mantra," which will act as your entry into a prize draw.

Liberty

Great Marlborough Street

London's cutting-edge department store is celebrating the launch of the Lulu + Co collection with a Hawaiian-themed evening. Hostess Lulu Kennedy has invited designers including Richard Nicoll, Jonathan Saunders, or Michael Van der Ham to join in on the fun. Plus: there will be Mahiki Coconut cocktails as well as mini makeovers by up-and-coming beauty brand Hourglass.

Other fashion brands that have teamed up with beauty labels for the evening include H&M, which will be giving out free manicures by WAH Nails at its Oxford Circus store; Whistles, which has partnered with Revlon and nail artist Jenny Longworth to recreate its fall/winter prints for the nails; or Reiss, where you will also be sipping on Mahiki Coconut cocktails while receiving makeovers from the Powder Puff Girls.

Matthew Williamson
28 Bruton Street

The designer will be joined by model Edie Campbell for the evening, while guests enjoy music by Annie Monroe and Haagen Dazs ice-cream. The new diffusion line MW by Matthew Willamson will be showcased in the store for the first time, including a limited-edition t-shirt available to purchase on the evening only.

Mulberry
50 New Bond Street & 171-175 Brompton Road

From 6pm, both stores will be serving quintessentially English food (mini toad in the hole, anyone?) and hosting prize draws every half an hour, with prizes chosen from the brand's latest collection. Plus: Brompton Road will be hosting both a fortune teller and expert nail painters.

Net-à-Porter

19 Mount Street

The e-tailer will bridge the divide between retail and online with its new concept, The Window Shop: for one night only, using image recognition technology, shoppers will be able to buy and win from the site after downloading a specially created app that will be available for iPhone, iPad 2 and Android platforms. Visitors who download the app and visit the pop-up window shops can hold their mobile device in front of the array of designer fashion and accessories, whereby the products will instantly appear on their device available to purchase or potentially win as a prize.
