Beauty brand celebrates birthday: win $1000 online shopping spree

Bath and body beauty brand Philosophy, maker of the cult product Hope in a Jar cream, is turning 14 this month, celebrating with daily giveaways and a free online shopping spree worth $1000.

Fans of the brand can enter their email addresses each day of the month in order to win free products and automatically be entered into the draw for the big shopping voucher.

Prizes include the Makeup Optional Skin Care Trial Kit (through March 6), the Color of Grace Perfect Pink Pair (face powder and blush, March 7-12), the Amazing Grace Mini Layering Set (shampoo, bath and shower gel, body butter, March 13-18), Pretty in Pink (shampoo, shower gel and bubble bath, March 19-24), and the Miracle Worker (anti-aging moisturizer, March 25-31).

Cosmetics brand NARS also celebrated its birthday recently, releasing a glossy coffee table book of editorial-style photos - including designer Marc Jacobs wearing the brand's makeup - for its 15th anniversary.
